- Email Pat Flynn at Flynn1919@hotmail.com when you know your scrimmage schedule and he will appoint refs for you. The association pays for officials for two scrimmages per season. Your team will be responsible for any ref fees above that amount.
- Call the concession manager to be sure the stand is open for your scrimmage
- If your scrimmage is at Wakota, call the arena to let them know an extra locker room is needed.
