- Each team is scheduled to work one week of the season
- You as the manager are responsible to fill all the hours on your schedule. The concession managers will not fill in for your team
- It is up to each individual team to determine if their coach must work in the stand.
- You must get a copy of the filled in schedule to the mailbox marked “Concessions” one week prior to your appointed week or you can email the manager listed as the on call person.
- The schedule will be posted at the arena next to the stand
- If all of your parents are using your team web page, you may want to list available hours on there or use a hard copy
- The last person on for the night should place all but $50 currency (Leave the CHANGE in the drawer) in an envelope marked with the date in the top slot of the safe located in the back room.
- Let your parents know that all profits from the concession stand go back to the kids. It is an all volunteer run program
- Additional committee members are needed.
