- All teams need to have their roster printed on stickers with the players’ jersey number and name: list numerically. You will need 4 stickers per game, scrimmage and tournament game.
- Avery sticker # 6572 works well for rosters they are 2” x 2 5/8” or item #6873. The 2” x 4” sticker is too big for the book
- Coach’s names, CET number, level attained and year obtained. This fits on a standard mailing label. Head coach must sign these.
- Managers name and phone number.
