10-23-09:  Sibley Area Youth Hockey is still accepting registrations for Mini-Mites, Mites, Girls 8 & under and Girls 10 & under.

A level has been established for your child according to Minnesota and USA Hockey based on his/her age.

If you register online with USA Hockey, you will pay $40 of that fee directly to USA Hockey (Mites/U8, Sqt/U10, PW/U12, Btm/U14). That fee will be subtracted from the above pricing for all levels except Mini Mites when you present your USA Hockey Bar Code.

• Minimum payment due, $300 ( or full payment for Mini Mites and Mites)
• All registrations for returning skaters due August 25th, $30 late fee after that.
• Payment plan dates are September 26th, October 9th or October 23 (the date of the first tryout/Eval), November 20th
• Full payment due by 11/20/2009.  Your child will not be able to skate with their team until payment is complete.

There is no late fee for Mites/8U and Mini Mites, or ANY NEW player to Sibley Area Hockey.

New online registration available this year.  You can avoid walk-in registration with the following steps:

1. Register with USA Hockey Online.  This is a $40 fee that has traditionally been included in your hockey fees.  (See the USA Hockey FAQ for more info).

2. Continue to Sibley Hockey Online Registration.  You will need the USA Hockey Confirmation Number from Step 1.  You will have three payment options:

• Pay in full with credit card (fees about 3% higher)
• Pay in with credit card in three installments, date of registration, 9/26, and 10/26. (fees about 3% higher)
• Pay later with a check.  ($300 or full payment for Mini Mites/Mites due before your child is allows to skate in evals or tryouts).

3. Complete the Consent to Treat Form.  You can type directly onto this form and print out, or print and fill out.

4. Gather the USA Hockey Bar-code, the Completed Consent to Treat Form, and your payment together. Either mail the completed forms and payment to WSPYAA, or drop these items off at walk-in registration on August 20, 22, or 25th, or place in the arena lock box, located in the lobby area at WSP Arena.

There will be a $30 per player late fee charged for registrations for returning players after August 25th.

Mail in registration requires completing three forms and mailing in payment to the WSP PO Box.

1. Complete the Online USA Hockey Registration.
2. Complete the Sibley Hockey Registration Form.  This is a Word form you can type into, save, and print.
3. Complete the USA Hockey Consent to Treat.  This is a PDF form you can type into and print.
4. Complete the USA Hockey Liability Form.  You must print and complete this form.
